About

Tokyo Artist Academy is a music tutoring service based in Tokyo. We offer guitar, voice, piano, bass, and drum lessons to students in and around the Tokyo area. Students range from child to adult and levels beginner to advanced.

We like to keep our lessons fun and they are designed to meet the need and interest of each individual student. In our lessons, students will learn to play the music they truly enjoy along with important fundamentals such as rhythm, technique, and musical theory.

Apart from our lessons, we hold semi-annual performance shows where students get the chance to showcase what they have learned, play along side professional musicians and fellow students, and gain performing experience and confidence.

Our Goal

Our goal is to have students develop a real interest and love for playing music and performing. We feel that the best way for students to learn music is to play music.

Playing an instrument and making music is such an amazing way of expressing oneself, and with a little discipline, practice, and determination, you too, can learn to play an instrument and make music! If this sounds like something that interests you, you're welcome to have a trial lesson and decided for yourself!
